Description

* Manage and process payments accurately and promptly.
* Handle billing and claims with a great attention to detail.
* Communicate effectively with other team members and departments, as well as the oversea HQ.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of basic accounting principles.
* Utilise an ERP system efficiently for all relevant tasks.
* Ensure compliance with all company and industry regulations.
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to improve payment processes.
* Use language skills to facilitate international communication.

Profile

A successful Payment Processing Specialist should have:

* Proficiency in both English (for internal communication) and Japanese languages.
* Experience in billing, payment, and claims handling.
* A basic understanding of accounting principles.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience with ERP systems.
