Key Responsibilities:
- Performing residential window cleaning services, ensuring streak-free and sparkling results.
- Cleaning eavestroughs (gutters) effectively, removing debris and ensuring proper water flow.
- Operating pressure washing equipment to clean various exterior surfaces such as siding, driveways, and patios.
- Setting up and working safely with ladders to access different areas of residential properties.
- Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is in good working order.
- Following established procedures and safety guidelines for each service.
- Interacting professionally and respectfully with clients on-site.
- Working effectively as part of a team to complete daily schedules.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders safely.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment (e.g., ladders, pressure washers).
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
