Job Responsibilities :

• Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist customers in selecting baby and children's clothing, women's apparel, accessories, and gear.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice based on customer needs.
• Maintain the store's visual presentation by organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise.
• Process sales transactions using our POS system accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and exchanges with a positive attitude.
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, including current promotions and new arrivals.
• Help maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude.
• Passion for fashion and familiarity with baby and children's products is a plus.
• Availability to work 2-3 weekends per month.
