Receptionist - We’re willing to train, come join our team!

Position Summary:

Performs clerical support in an efficient manner.

Schedule:

We are looking for a part-time receptionist on the weekends 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) required
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to remain calm and professional in all work-related situations

Responsibilities:

• Displays a positive, professional image managing multiple personality types with kindness and patience
• Serves as the first point of contact for guests and visitors in person as well as via phones
• Effectively operates the facility phones and paging systems
• Exhibits excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and phone lines
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis
• Cheerful disposition and ability to handle stressful situations with tact and kindness
• Responsible for keeping the front office areas sanitary, neat, and orderly
