Responsible for all aspects of service in a fine dining setting. Duties include- preparing tables prior to events, taking guest orders, serving both beverages and multiple course meals, and event clean up. Setting each event specific to the group’s requests and needs to include all tableware as trained. Kindly and professionally greet guests upon arrival, providing the highest level of customer service throughout reception and event, while paying close attention to detail. Collaborating with other Wait Staff and dishwasher for post event clean up and dishes.

QualificationsMinimum 2 years of culinary experience desired, preferred in a fine dining setting, catering operation or commercial kitchen. 16-17 year olds may serve food, must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol. Exhibits exceptional communications skills and demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group setting. Responds well to changing environment of kitchen and events. Strong multitasking and teamwork skills including table and backroom responsibilities. Remains flexible and patient when communicating with guests and staff.NA
Exemption Status Nonexempt Compensation Detail $20.00 - $25.09 / hour $25/hour stipend, in addition to base pay, for certain events. Details to be shared upon offer. Benefits Eligible No Schedule Part Time Hours/Pay Period supplemental as needed based on staffing Schedule Details Scheduled shift times may vary depending on event schedule and staff availability; most shifts will be evening shifts, working dinner service. Day time hours may be available based on event schedule. 2 days per week availability required. Weekend Schedule Limited weekend work, majority of events occur Monday through Friday.
