• 国内OEM向けEPS（電動パワーステアリング）開発プロジェクトにおいて、セーフティマネージャーとして以下の業務を担当いただきます。
  • 機能安全要求分析および安全コンセプトの策定
  • FMEA、FTAなどの安全分析の実施
  • 顧客との機能安全関連の整合および技術折衝
  • プロジェクト内の各担当領域（ソフトウェア、ハードウェア、テスト）における機能安全活動の管理
  • ISO 26262に基づくAudit、Assessmentへの対応
  • 自社海外拠点との技術議論、仕様調整など、グローバルなコミュニケーションの実施

• As a Safety Manager for an EPS (Electric Power Steering) development project aimed at domestic OEMs, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
  • Functional safety requirements analysis and safety concept development
  • Conducting safety analyses (e.g., FMEA, FTA)
  • Alignment and technical negotiation with customers on functional safety matters
  • Managing functional safety activities for each responsible area within the project (Software, Hardware, Test)
  • Responding to Audit and Assessment activities based on ISO 26262
  • Engaging in global communication, including technical discussions and specification adjustments with our overseas sites.

必須の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド:

• 車載システム開発における機能安全、ソフトウェア、またはハードウェアのいずれかのご経験
• 日本語および英語での技術折衝能力（目安：日本語はネイティブレベル、英語はTOEIC 650点以上）

あれば歓迎の経験・スキル・バックグラウンド:

• ISO26262の知識
• 安全関連系製品の開発経験
• グローバルな環境における業務経験

Required Experience, Skills, and Background

• Experience in one of the following areas within automotive system development: Functional Safety, Software (SW), or Hardware (HW).
• Ability to negotiate technical matters in both Japanese and English. (目安: Japanese: Native level, English: TOEIC 650 or higher)

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Background

• Knowledge of ISO 26262
• Experience in developing safety-related products (not limited to automotive)
• Work experience in a global environment
