Job Description

A well-established and respected multi-specialty medical group is seeking a full-time, experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team in Great Falls, MT. This is an outstanding opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment backed by a full-service acute care hospital.

Position Details:

Full-time position: 4–5 shifts per week (variable schedule)

Urgent Care Hours:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sunday & Holidays: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

1:3 weekend/walk-in rotation

Onsite diagnostics and lab services

Work collaboratively with experienced physicians and specialists across disciplines

Supported by a state-of-the-art acute care hospital featuring:

36 inpatient beds

10-bed open ICU

2 cardiac catheterization labs with 8-bed pre/post-procedure care unit

5 hospital-based ORs + 4 ORs at a dedicated Surgery Center

5 observation beds

Busy 9-bed Emergency Department with seasoned staff

Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practitioner with current certification

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care setting

Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills

Proficient in the use of in-house diagnostic tools

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
