- Est très soucieux de la sécurité au travail et respecte les réglementations.
- Travaille en toute sécurité lorsqu'il manipule des véhicules motorisés.
- Le chauffeur de camion a pour principale responsabilité d'apporter la tourbe au moulin, devra charger avec un chargeur conventionnel.
- Sera également responsable de l'entretien et du bon fonctionnement du matériel.
- Est conscient de la qualité de la tourbe et sait qu'elle a un effet direct sur la qualité du produit fini.
- Apprend à distinguer les qualités de la tourbe et fait le lien avec la production correspondante afin de pouvoir suggérer des changements, des ajustements ou signaler tout problème potentiel au superviseur.
- Doit charger sa remorque de manière adéquate, dans un temps comparable à celui des autres collègues.
- Doit être capable de charger le maximum de tourbe en fin de pile sans apporter un surplus de matière humide.
- Effectuera également toutes les autres tâches qui lui seront confiées par la direction.
Qualités requises - Doit reconnaître qu'il existe plusieurs qualités de tourbe et savoir lire la carte des champs.
- Doit être un employé qui démontre des aptitudes à conduire un véhicule motorisé, dans ce cas-ci, un chargeur et un camion avec une remorque à fond mouvant.
- Doit être très consciencieux et dans la mesure de vérifier et d'effectuer un entretien quotidien de l'équipement.
- Doit être capable de travailler en groupe pour atteindre les objectifs de quantité et de qualité exigés par l'entreprise, qui consisteront parfois à enlever la tourbe humide sur les piles ou encore à changer rapidement de direction.
- Doit collaborer entièrement avec le département du contrôle de la qualité et le chef d'équipe.
- Doit être en mesure d'effectuer une inspection de base quotidienne, y compris le niveau d'huile, le nettoyage du filtre à air, le graissage, la vérification des pneus, etc.
- Doit avoir une éthique de travail bien développée.
- Doit faire preuve d'une attitude positive.
- A une facilité de communication.
- Doit être une personne intègre et très respectueuse.
Performance
Doit être capable de charger la tourbe au maximum à partir d'un tas sans excès de matière humide.

- Must be very conscientious and in measure to verify and do a daily maintenance of the equipment.
- Must be able to work in a group to attend the objectives of the quantity and the quality demanded by the company, which will sometime consist of the removal of the wet peat on the piles or even to quickly change piles, etc.
- Must collaborate entirely with the department of quality control and the team leader.
- Must be in measure to do a daily basic inspection, including the oil level, cleaning of the air filter, greasing, verification of the tires, etc.
- Must have a well-developed work ethic.
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Has a facility when it comes to communication.
- Must be a person of integrity and very respectful.
Performance Must be able to load the peat to a maximum from a pile without excess wet material.
