This is a high-impact opportunity to lead full-cycle technical recruitment during a period of growth and innovation. As a key partner to the engineering and leadership teams, you'll drive sourcing strategies, manage the hiring process, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience for top-tier technical talent. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping a strong, scalable technical team while working in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, trust, and transparency. This contract has the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Accountabilities:

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for senior engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, create tailored job descriptions, and implement recruitment strategies.
• Use advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.) to build pipelines of passive candidates for positions such as Team Leads, Architects, and QA engineers.
• Maintain candidate data in Greenhouse and track key hiring metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
• Engage with candidates as a trusted advisor, ensuring a positive and informative experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the tech hiring landscape to advise stakeholders and stay competitive in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on senior-level engineering roles.
• Proven expertise in passive sourcing techniques and candidate engagement.
• Strong understanding of technical disciplines including software development, architecture, QA, and engineering leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse and modern recruiting tools.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Analytical mindset with attention to data, trends, and continuous improvement.
