Job Description

We’re seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Technical Recruiter to support diverse hiring needs across our client portfolio. This is a full-cycle recruitment role with a strong emphasis on technical positions, but also includes occasional non-technical mandates. You'll thrive here if you're comfortable sourcing independently, engaging candidates cold, and working in a fast-paced agency-style environment.

Term : Part-Time (10-20 hours per week)

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical and non-technical roles across multiple client accounts.
  
• Follow pre-established SLAs to ensure timely and high-quality hiring delivery.
  
• Leverage our in-house sourcing tools, ATS, and external platforms to identify top talent.
  
• Conduct proactive outreach through cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone calls to attract passive candidates.
  
• Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interviews and managing offers.
  
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and maintain strong communication throughout the process.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in an agency or consulting environment.
  
• Comfortable hiring for both technical roles (e.g., developers, architects, engineers) and non-technical roles (e.g., operations, marketing, sales).
  
• Strong sourcing skills with a track record of identifying and engaging passive talent.
  
• Confident in using cold outreach strategies (calls, emails, etc.) to generate candidate interest.
  
• Familiar with applicant tracking systems, Boolean search, and candidate screening techniques.
  
• Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple requisitions independently in a remote setting.
