The position involves monitoring live streams and pre-uploaded videos (in English and Japanese) to ensure compliance with established regulations.

* Monitor live feeds for potential rule violations.
* Ensure audio content follows regulatory guidelines.
* Check for restricted words and inappropriate content.
* Checking Team performance *if Team Lead role

Profile

The Team is looking for candidates who are ready to start working soon, who have a good cultural knowledge of Japan, and with the following main qualifications:

* Fluent level of Japanese (JLPT N1 minimum)
* High English level, both spoken and written
* Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and nights
* Strong emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
