Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Developer Relations Intern to join our team full-time during the SUMMER 2025 semester. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering team and the developer community, helping to animate and grow our Discord community, solve technical problems, contribute valuable resources to our platform, and collaborate with various teams within Botpress. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of conversational AI while building relationships with developers and gaining exposure to various aspects of developer relations and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Community Engagement: Help animate and nurture our Discord community by engaging with developers, answering questions, and fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
• Content Creation: Develop tutorials, blog posts, and code-based solutions that help our community leverage Botpress to its fullest potential.
• Hub Contributions: Contribute new integrations, workflows, and solutions to the Botpress Hub, enhancing the resources available to our users.
• Documentation: Work closely with the engineering team to update and expand our documentation, ensuring it is comprehensive, accurate, and easy to follow.
• Collaboration: Collaborate tightly with our marketing team to promote new features, tutorials, and community initiatives.
• Feedback Escalation: Gather and escalate feedback from the community to the engineering team, helping to drive continuous improvement of our platform.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a Quebec-based learning institution.
• Passionate about developer communities and eager to help others succeed.
• Interest in the AI agent and large language model (LLM) space.
• Experience with chatbots, AI, or related technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Node.js, React, Typescript
