Are you passionate about an opportunity to move fast, build unique experiences that Japanese customers will love? We are looking for a talented Sr. Product Manager to join our Amazon Points team, a customer obsessed and diverse team. Amazon Points is Amazon’s customer rewards program that rewards customers for their eligible item purchases.

As Sr. PM, you will own and drive an innovative roadmap of customer facing features for Points that drive customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Tech, UX, Marketing and Data teams to champion product ideas from ideation and planning to execution. The role will also collaborate with global teams to drive prioritization and execution of features.

You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment and not be hindered by ambiguity. This means you are not only able to own high-level strategic initiatives, but also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and own roadmap for Points customer facing features
- Generate hypotheses, validate customer needs, prioritize features, and generate buy-in with senior stakeholders
- Partner with Tech, UX, Marketing, Data Sciences, Finance, and global feature owners to design and deliver features

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
