About the role Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Seasonal
Spa Receptionist. Our work environment pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other's contribution and importance.
Hourly Wage: $24.00 - $25.50
What you will do - Extend a warm welcome to arriving guests at the Spa and fitness centre.
- Possess a comprehensive knowledge of the spa services offered and effectively communicate the options to guests.
- Sell retail items and products, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Handle guest check-ins, appointments, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Coordinate with other spa staff to ensure smooth operations and optimal guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a standard of exceptional customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and payment processing.
What you bring - Prior Spa or fitness center experience.
- Prior reception or customer service experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and team work.
- Ability to work in Canada.
