Responsibility:
Collaborate with telecommunications clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy software solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Operate and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
Provide technical expertise in programming and scripting (Java, CC++, Bash script, VoiceXML).
Analyze and troubleshoot network protocols (UDP, TCP, SIP, RTP, DNS, to ensure seamless integration and operation.
Conduct packet analysis using tools like tcpdump and Wireshark for debugging and optimization.
Utilize tools like Grafana and Ansible for system monitoring and provisioning.
Read and interpret technical documentation (OCMP manuals, RFCs, 3GPP specifications) to guide solution development.
Communicate technical details effectively to internal teams and customer stakeholders.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Linux system operation using CUI.
Strong understanding of software architecture and solution design principles.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
Programming expertise in Java, CC++, Bash script, and VoiceXML.
