Who we are looking for
The Social Media Manager for The Mina Group reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works closely with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing to oversee the social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement for Mina Group’s owned and managed restaurants, in addition to corporate accounts. This role involves developing creative content strategies, managing social media calendars, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize impact. The position requires strong communication skills for presenting strategies to stakeholders, a passion for content creation, and a deep understanding of social media trends.

Here’s more of what you will get to do:

  • Coordinate with Digital Marketing director for social media marketing strategy from planning, developing, executing, and evaluating all social media activities.
  • Assists social media creative and paid media by utilizing agencies, and internal team members.
  • Manage brand voice and digital marketing efforts for the restaurants including copywriting, imagery selection and promotional outreach on owned channels with a focus on website and email
  • Executes social media productions and photoshoots under the leadership of our VP of Marketing, including strategy, and placement selection.
  • Oversee digital image libraries across multiple platforms regularly updating these libraries
  • Assist with marketing events (logistics, collateral, support)
  • Assist with creative needs for digital and print collateral whether creation on canva, photoshop in partnership with our VP.
  • Provides support for the design, development, and implementation of all brand-led projects to ensure consistency of brand vision.
  • Utilizes research insights, performance metrics, and other data available to track and optimize media campaigns to provide strong recommendations for future social media strategies and overall direction.
  • Deliver regular reports on key social media metrics to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Researches cultural trends and emerging technologies that can be owned or amplified by the brand.
  • Creates, implements, and maintains social media brand standards and guidelines for all platforms.

What we require:

  • 4+ years of experience leveraging social media and digital marketing.
  • Deep understanding of of Social Media platforms and trends
  • Demonstrated skills in graphic design and content production
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or retail industry preferred
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Exemplary verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, advertising, or similar emphasis a big+
