世界的に認知されたクリエイティブエージェンシーが、東京スタジオにシニアアカウンタントを募集しています。このポジションは、IFRS基準に準拠した正確な財務報告を独自に管理し、会計サイクル全体を自立して遂行できる自発的なプロフェッショナルにとって重要な役割です。
主な責任:
月次、四半期、年次決算プロセスを独自に管理する。
IFRSに準拠した財務諸表の作成と報告。
総勘定元帳、AP/AR、税務申告の正確性を確保。
地域を越えた外部監査人および内部関係者と連携。
予算編成、予測、財務分析を支援。
資格要件:
会計分野での豊富な経験（多国籍企業またはエージェンシー環境での経験が望ましい）。
日本語と英語の流暢な運用能力（書面および口頭）。
IFRSおよび日本会計基準に関する深い理解。
財務業務を自主的に遂行し、責任を持って管理する能力。
会計システム（SAPなど）およびExcelの操作スキル。
