Préparer sa section pour le service. Se renseigner sur le menu, table d’hôte et carte des vins avant le service.
Assurer un bon service dans sa section. Expliquer le menu si nécessaire aux clients et s’informer des allergies à la table.
Remonter sa section en fin de service et participer au ménage et remplissage.
Prendre soin de son habit de travail.
