Server/Front of House Location Waterdown, ON :

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with their orders.
• Efficiently process customer orders and input them into our restaurant database.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.
• Package food items securely in bags and boxes.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, issuing receipts, and recording customer suggestions.
• Handle incoming customer phone calls and online orders.
• Have in-depth knowledge of our menu items and accommodate dietary/allergy restrictions.
• Deal with online orders
• Prepare milkshakes and salads as needed.

Requirements:

• Must live in Ontario, Canada
• Must Be available in September
• Must be certified to serve alcohol in Ontario - Smart Service Certification is preferred
• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role
• Must be available on Weekends
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
