D5 Render is an industry-leading 3D real-time rendering software that is trusted by over 1 million architects/designers/3D artists worldwide. It offers a seamless integration with major modeling software including Sketchup, 3ds Max, Rhino, Revit, Blender, Archicad, and C4D with an efficient design workflow. D5 is widely used in architecture, landscape, interior design, urban planning, and other fields, empowering design and visual storytelling, bringing an enjoyable and efficient 3D creative experience to everyone.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive sales and improve closing percentages; this includes creating effective sales tactics to reach potential customers
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Professionals; provide guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the team meets sales targets
• Assist with individual and team goal-setting on an annual and monthly basis; ensure that team members are trending toward achieving or exceeding their goals
• Innovate, discover and try different sales models, and accumulate replicable sales plans for different segmented industries.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years' of sales experience with background in AEC SaaS industry
• Self-starting; highly proactive; eager and willing to try new things to promote team success
• Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to communicate and deal well with new people, make new friends quickly, build relationships in person and over the phone with people of all ages, genders, races, religions, backgrounds, etc.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work effectively in an ever-changing scale-up environment.
