STACK シニア電気エンジニアは、市場をリードする強力な設計・エンジニアリングチームの一員として、データセンターの管理および開発を行う重要な役割です。 経験豊富な電気エンジニアのプロフェッショナルとして採⽤される候補者は、 プロジェクトの設計、調達、建設活動や行動の技術的な詳細に飛び込むことができるだけでなく、戦略的で全体像を見ることができ、また細部までに焦点を当て、前向きな考え方をエンジニアです。

The Japan Data Center market is rapidly growing and has been identified as a key market for STACK APAC. As such, we are building out our in-country business and engineering capability to support our current market opportunities in Tokyo and Osaka.

STACK’s Senior Mechanical Engineer, Japan is a key role to manage and develop data center facilities as part of a robust and market leading Design & Engineering team. As an experienced Mechanical Engineer Professional the successful candidate will be a detailed focused, forward-thinking manager who is able to be strategic and see the big picture as well as being able to dive into the technical details of the project design, procurement & Construction activities and actions.

Key Responsibilities / Required Competencies

• 設計管理- プロジェクトのライフサイクルを通じて、エンジニアリング設計および技術要件のあらゆる側面について、設計・エンジニアリングディレ

クターをサポートしながら業務を行う（東京および大阪）

• 検査およびコミッショニング – 検査およびコミッショニングのあらゆる側面において、プロジェクトディレクターおよび設計・エンジニアリングデ

ィレクターをサポートし、コミッショニングコンサルタントを主導的かつ積極的に指導し、引き渡しプロセスを確実にリードする。

• セールスエンジニアリング – 日本全国におけるセールスエンジニアリングの取り組みにおいて、SVP エンジニアリングおよび設計・エンジニアリングディレクターをサポートし、顧客サイトツアー同行、顧客提出物準備、テナントの Fit-out 支援、エンジニアリング全般に関する業務などを行う。

• ⻑納期設備機器のコスト・調達・エンジニアリング- 日本における調達イニシアティブ

（ベンダーとの関係、技術仕様、コスト、リードタイムなど）について、SVP エンジニアリングおよび設計・エンジニアリングディレクターをサポートする。

• データセンターにおける電気設計の経験が 5 年以上あり、そのうち少なくとも 3 年以上は日本における経験があること。

• Design Management- support and work with Director, Design and Engineering on all aspects of engineering design and technical requirements through the life cycle of the project (Tokyo and Osaka).

• Testing and Commissioning – support the Project Director and Director, Design and Engineering with all aspects of testing and commissioning, taking a lead / active role in guiding the third-party testing and commissioning agents/consultants through the process of a successful handover.

• Sales Engineering – support SVP Engineering and Director, Design and Engineering with sales engineering efforts across Japan including client site tours, client submissions, tenant fit-outs and engineering discussions.

• Long Lead Equipment Cost / Procurement / Engineering – support SVP Engineering and Director, Design and Engineering with procurement initiatives in Japan – including vendor relationships, technical specification, cost and lead time.

• 5+ years in mechanical engineering in Data Centers with at least 3 years within the Japan Market.

Must-have Qualifications / 必須資格：

• 電気工学・電気エンジニアまたは関連する学士号または同等の学位。

• データセンターにおけるデリバリーの経験が 5 年以上あり、そのうち少なくとも 3 年以上は日本における経験があることが望ましい。

• データセンターにおける豊富な経験があり、ハイパースケール・クライアントと精通していることが望ましい。

• プロジェクト・コントロール、およびプロジェクトの設計・建設両方のフェーズにおけるプロジェクト・コントロールの実務経験があること。

• 強いプレゼンテーション能力とコミュニケーションスキルがあること。

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, or relevant environment field.

• 5+ years progressive experience in Data Center delivery, with a minimum of 3 years delivering in Japan.

• Deep experience in data centers; familiarity with hyperscale clients.

• Working Experience of Project Controls and Implementing Project Controls during both Design and Construction phases of projects.

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
