業務内容
・Manage attendance data/system for proper payroll Verify payroll data prepared by the external payroll vendor ・Monitor and take care of changes in employee status and ensure proper reflection in payroll in collaboration with a labor and social security attorney ・Manage On/Off-boarding Prepare bonus data ・Collaborate with the Finances teams to prepare payroll-related documentation/data incl for international secondees ・Respond to employee inquiries ・Collaborate with the HR Manager to optimize HR operations, and to implement strategies that support HR objectives ・Lend a hand to the HR/Corporate team with HR policies, training, hiring activities, and other operations as needed

求められる経験
・5+ years of experience in labor management or HR operations

・Strong in payroll

・Value teamwork with excellent interpersonal skills

・Proactive mindset and willingness to learn

・Native Japanese Speaker with Business level English proficiency
