The Role

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
• Provide actionable insights through in-depth financial analysis and KPI reporting
• Partner with commercial and operational teams to support strategic initiatives
• Prepare and present monthly financial performance reports for regional leadership
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Support compliance with internal controls and global finance standards

Your Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
• Business-level English and Japanese language skills required.

• 7,000,000 yen - 10,000,000 yen
