SUMMARY JOB DESCRIPTION:
Communication with our distributors regarding chargeback incentive order shipment invoice and other contacts/practical matters RESPONSIBILITIES:
・
Communicate daily with our distributors/GPO by phone email and face to face
・
Have good knowledge on our charge back process/calculation and incentive operation and discuss how to treat the difference in that calculation between Embecta and distributors
・
Communicate closely with our Shared Service Center （located in China） which calculates the chargeback amount monthly and understand the method of calculation
・
Track the progress of distributor incentive plan monthly and communicate with distributor and internal finance team
・
Communicate with our sales reps/manager regarding pricing contracts with distributors
・
Improve chargeback process communicating with our Shared Service Center and IT division in Singapore
・
Manage distributor related contracts and compliance matters

EXPERIENCE EDUCATION:
・
Customer care sales or similar experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical Industry for 3 years
・
BA or higher education KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
・
Business level English
・
Strong skill of communication with cross functional stakeholders
・
Financial accounting rule/operation knowledge （Preferable）
