What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking long-term team members who are compassionate, motivated, and genuinely interested in improving the quality of life for others. Ideal candidates are dependable, nurturing, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Smart phone proficiency (for clocking in/out and completing visit notes).
• Clear criminal record check.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional demeanor and respectful attitude.
• Ability to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Home Support Worker certification preferred, but not required.
• Flexible availability and strong attendance.
• Prior caregiving or elder care experience.
• Minimum of 1 personal reference.
• Bonus: Ability to drive and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Meal planning and preparation.
• Housekeeping tasks (including laundry).
• Personal hygiene and bathing assistance.
• Medication reminders and support.
• Companionship and quality time.
• Dementia care.
• Assistance with pets (dogs and cats).

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Staff can make a real difference in their local community caring for individuals making sure they get the right type and amount of care. We customize the care each client receives and update their care plans as needs change. Having consistent caregivers working weekly with their specific clients is how we ensure there is rapport and that consistent care is in place.
