As a Senior Analyst - IT ERP, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation across the Japan and Asia region. The Role

* Identify and resolve issues in business solutions by collaborating with IT peers and stakeholders across functions and geographies.
* Lead harmonization efforts of local business processes with global standards.
* Manage third-party outsourced teams and drive both project implementation and ongoing IT operations.
* Act as the primary IT Business Partner in Japan, escalating and resolving strategic or tactical issues.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional and regional teams to transform business requirements into scalable ERP system solutions.
* Promote knowledge-sharing between Japan, Asia, and global HQ, highlighting Japan's success stories to influence global initiatives.

Your Skills

* University degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in business analysis, IT project execution and systems deployment.
* Proven track record with ERP implementation and support (Oracle EBS is a big plus)
* Strong communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to Supply Chain Systems is a big plus, though not mandatory
* Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).
* Experience working in regional or multicultural environments

• 8,000,000 yen - 13,000,000 yen
