The Role
■ Recruitment Background

• We need to increase the number of personnel due to the increase in the number of overseas subsidiaries and the expansion of new corresponding areas such as international accounting standards. In particular, strengthening English language skills has recently become an issue, and we are looking for people with good English skills and experience in consolidated accounting operations.

■Outline of work/Mission

• Incorporation of overseas subsidiaries into the Group's consolidated base financial information in both financial and managerial accounting
• Exert synergy by strengthening cooperation between the head office accounting department and the accounting departments of overseas subsidiaries

＜Details of work＞

• Check consolidated settlement packages (settlement documents for the head office consolidated settlement) for overseas subsidiaries (quarterly) Analysis of income and expenditure of overseas subsidiaries (monthly)
• Approval of overseas subsidiaries' financial statements and profit appropriation proposals (annual)
• Preparation of various materials related to overseas subsidiaries (including materials for board meetings)
• Inquiries/feedback to overseas subsidiaries in the course of the above operations
• Operation of group accounting department meetings
