Job: Security Guard

Location: Bedford, NS

Shift: Nights, 9PM - 5AM

Pay: $17-$19/hr

Advantage Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard for our client in Bedford, NS.

Qualifications:

• Previous security experience required
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally
• Basic knowledge of security systems, surveillance equipment, and access control procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for long periods of time
• Must be able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• Ability to document incidents accurately
• Ability to de-escalate situations and enforce security policies effectively
• Must adhere to client confidentiality policies

Steel toe shoes required.
