Job Summary

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'une adjointe administrative/secrétaire bilingue pour travailler dans une petite agence immobilière située à Ville Mont-Royal. Le candidat doit avoir une solide expertise dans Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint et posséder de bonnes compétences organisationnelles. Le travail comprendra la préparation de documents à partir de divers formats de bureau standard, des lettres, des recherches, la comptabilité et les opérations bancaires de base, la facturation, le soutien au bureau, la création de dépliants marketing dans PowerPoint, l'envoi de publipostages avec Mailchimp. Ce poste est à temps plein avec 20 - 25 heures par semaine. La possession d'une voiture est un atout

We are presently looking for a bilingual administrative assistant/secretary to work at a small Real Estate Agency located in the Town of Mont- Royal. The candidate should have solid expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, Powerpoint and possess good organizational skills. The work will include preparation of documents from various standard office formats, letters, research, basic accounting and banking, invoicing, office support, creating marketing flyers in PowerPoint, sending out mass-mailings with Mailchimp. This position is full time with 20 -25 hours weekly. Possession of a car is an asset.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

DCS de préférence / DEC preferred

Bilingue français-anglais / Bilingual French and English

Bonne connaissance de la préparation de documents en WORD, EXCEL, de la préparation de dépliants et de présentations en PPT, de la comptabilité de base et du travail administratif.

Well versed in preparing documents in WORD, EXCEL, preparing flyers and presentations in PPT, basic accounting and administrative work.
