  • Oversee and manage program releases and implementations
  • Foster transparency and collaboration across teams and stakeholders
  • Support agile adoption and coach team members on Scrum practices and principles

  • Ability to come to office at least 4 days a week
  • Act as a steward of agile values, practices, and team health
  • Comfortable with challenging the status quo and helping others evolve mindsets and behaviors
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, team-based environment where experimentation is encouraged
  • Passionate about empowering others and facilitating alignment toward shared goals

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

  • Intermediate to advanced level of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban
  • Strong facilitation skills with a proven ability to lead productive team ceremonies and retrospectives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without authority
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and design
  • Proficiency in agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, or equivalent agile certification is an asset
  • Comfortable with continuously changing environments (examples: business priorities, new technologies)

  • We provide you with the tools and technology needed to create meaningful customer experiences
  • You'll get to work with and learn from diverse industry leaders, who have hailed from top technology companies around the world
  • We hire you for your talent — not just a job — so you can grow with us. We’ll equip you for success not only in your role, but also in your career as a whole
