Who We Need

Are you a Salesforce enthusiast with a knack for optimizing and documenting business processes? Securian Canada is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help drive business growth by managing and evolving our Salesforce ecosystem, and integrating other business solutions. You will partner with Growth, Marketing, IT and other cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve user experience, and ensure our Salesforce platform is scalable and efficient.

What You Will Do

  • Salesforce Administration & Other tools Integration: Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.), ensuring data integrity, workflow automation, and system enhancements. Support other Sales/Growth and Marketing tools integration.
  • Integration & Security Support: Collaborate with Technology team to integrate new technologies and ensure seamless data flow and compliance across platforms.
  • User Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, onboarding, and support to internal teams, ensuring user adoption and proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze business processes and develop solutions to improve system usage and performance, supporting efficient decision-making.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and reports to support process changes, enhancements, and data-driven insights for key stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

  • Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (required), Advanced/Developer Certification (nice to have).
  • Experience: 5 years as a Salesforce Admin (preferably in Lightning), with a strong focus on internal systems and business applications.
  • Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, workflows, advanced automations, and data modeling.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong Communication: Proven ability to write clear, concise user stories and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage large datasets (proficient in Excel, Data Loader preferred) and complex integrations.
