Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator for our client LSTA ( LSTA - LSTA ) to optimize and manage their Salesforce platform while also overseeing accounts receivable functions. This role is integral in enhancing their CRM capabilities to support membership engagement and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Manage user roles, permissions, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
Oversee invoicing and accounts receivable, including coordination with accounts payable teams and third-party payment portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc.).
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot system issues, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Customize and optimize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and validation rules.
Ensure data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and data cleansing efforts.
Manage and integrate third-party applications and tools (e.g., Pardot, Fonteva) to enhance business operations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Website Administration teams to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance Salesforce adoption and efficiency among users.
Stay informed on Salesforce updates, releases, and industry best practices, proactively implementing improvements.
Assist in reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, preferably in a membership-based or service-driven organization.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, including Reports & Dashboards, Security & Sharing settings, and process automation.
Familiarity with data migration tools (Data Loader, Import Wizard) and third-party integrations (e.g., marketing automation).
Basic understanding of APIs and Apex triggers is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable or financial operations.
Knowledge of business processes related to membership, sales, and marketing automation.
Experience with third-party tools such as Pardot, Fonteva, or other Salesforce-related applications.

Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually.
