The Company is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales department in Automation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and meeting sales targets.

Description

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
* Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
* Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
* Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
* Liaise with the marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.

Profile

A successful Sales Manager should have:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Proven work experience in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector
* Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent communication in both English and Japanese
