Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Factify ()

Compensation Info:

On Target Earnings Range: $100,000 - $120,000

Salary Range : $50,000-$60,000

Commission : $40,000-$60,000

  • early stage equity grant (Stock Options)

Job Info:

Location: Remote (U.S.) — must be able to work Eastern‑time business hours.

Pittsburgh‑area candidates can join optional in‑person sessions.

Function Overview: This SDR will be the intersection of marketing and sales. The SDR will help drive top-of-funnel activity and play a crucial role in turning contacts into opportunities.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Cold Calling: expect to have 20 - 40 live conversations per day

  2. Completions & Activations : Completed conversations with target prospects to assess their timing and potential fit based on their role, industry, and use case. Activating leads that are ready-to-evaluate.

  3. Book discovery meetings : Turn initial contact into scheduled calls and demos.

  4. Collaborate with growth and marketing : Share feedback from the field, test new messaging, and help optimize outreach strategies.

  5. Maintain clean CRM hygiene : Log activities and track lead progress to support team visibility and performance insights.

  6. Grow into second-call ownership : As you gain traction, take occasional follow-up calls, a natural ramp toward an Account Executive (AE) role.

  • Prospecting & pipeline generation.

  • Excellent communication (especially over the phone).

  • Self-starter mindset, capable of building systems and momentum from scratch.

  • Understanding buyer personas and product value drivers.

  • Ability to absorb product messaging and translate it into conversations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent (C1+) English—written & spoken—required to engage North‑American prospects.

  • Proven experience with cold calling: confident and engaging on the phone.

  • Familiarity with modern sales tech stack (e.g., CRM, dialers, sequencing tools).

  • Experience working with U.S. prospects: strong grasp of tone, style, and buyer mindset.

  • Track record of excellence: consistent ownership, results, and high standards.

  • Lead list generation and qualification experience.

  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and/or an interest in strategic selling.

  • Motivation to grow into a full-cycle AE role over time.
