Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Area Manager to oversee the operations and management of our home security services in either the Hampton Roads or Moyock NC area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, and driving sales growth while maintaining the highest standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of field security professionals and technicians to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive new customer acquisition and expand existing customer relationships in the area.
  • Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Operational Efficiency: Oversee the logistics and deployment of home security systems, ensuring timely installations and quality service.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Budgeting & Reporting: Manage the area's budget, track financial performance, and provide regular reports on sales, operations, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the home security or related industry, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of home security technologies, systems, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
