Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and delivery. This role involves managing the product roadmap, prioritizing features, mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Responsibilities
•Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for long-term success.
•Prioritize features and manage the product backlog to align with business goals.
•Establish and track measurable objectives to ensure product success.
•Lead Agile product development through Scrum and iterative delivery models.
•Ensure product deliverables meet business requirements, timelines, and budget.
•Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies.

•Foster team building, consensus, and relationship management within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
•Proven experience in product management, leading complex, high-risk initiatives.
•Strong expertise in risk identification, mitigation, and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
•Proficiency in backlog management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker.
•Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, online collaboration tools (MIRO, Trello, Slack), and Office 365 applications.
•Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills for executive-level reporting.
•Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to ensure product success.
