Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.
• Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and APIs.
• Ensure security, scalability, and efficiency of automation solutions.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization for deployed bots.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine automation requirements.
• Maintain documentation, including process flows, design specifications, and test cases.

• Experience in RPA development.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Experience working with SQL databases and API integrations.
• Understanding of process analysis, optimization, and automation best practices.
• Experience in OCR, machine learning, and AI-driven automation.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Certification in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Experience integrating RPA with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of BPM tools such as Appian or Pega.
• Exposure to AI, NLP, and cognitive automation technologies.
• Federal Experience is a plus.
