The purpose of this position is to assist the Supervisor, Retail in all areas of sales and merchandising within our retail stores. Poses a strong desire to work in a fast-paced sales culture, providing excellent Customer Service and "above and beyond" experiences to all guests. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?- Prescribe to and execute the four key parts to the selling practice which are: Welcome; Initiate: Suggest and Help
- Develop outstanding product knowledge and use this knowledge as a selling tool
- Ensure all retail functions are carried out efficiently and in a timely manner
- Product merchandising and inventory control
- Conduct the daily cash out
- Ensure that store housekeeping duties are completed on a regular basis
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?- Must be customer service oriented. Friendly, outgoing.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, days, evenings and holidays
- Must be able to reason and react with quick, thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure when any guest issues arise
- Past retail experience is considered an asset
