As a manager, you will oversee customer flow, manage day-to-day sales floor functions, and maximize sales results. Your success will be judged based on the smooth operation of the location through operations, employee retention and success levels, and overall sales results. *Key Qualities:* * *Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills:* Ability to engage with customers and resolve issues effectively. * *Leadership Skills:* Create a strong store culture that generates high-performing and engaged employees. Provide optimal leadership while coaching and developing store employees. * *Analytical Skills:* Analyze results, set, and achieve clear goals for the store and sales team. * *Retail Expertise:* Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service. * *Organizational Skills:* Must be detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills, able to multitask effectively. *Requirements:* * High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred. * Reliable transportation. * 5-day week working schedule including weekends * Proficient computer and technology skills. * Management experience required, with retail store manager experience of commission sales force preferred. * Previous personal commission sales experience required. * High energy, sales-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work well under pressure. * Proven track record of increasing sales and leading a team. *About Us:* We are a leader in the residential home decor space, with multiple locations throughout Canada and the US.
