Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate in Japanese * N2 level proficiency is required
• Age restriction (up to 59 years old) * Reason for age restriction: Retirement age is 60 years (Exception Clause 1)
• No specific experience, educational background, or qualifications required

Preferred:

• Positive and bright attitude
• Enjoy interacting with people
• Passionate and energetic
• Experience in luxury hotels, business hotels, inns, pensions, guest houses, travel, tourism, or leisure industries is a plus
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, brand shops, apparel, miscellaneous goods, restaurants, food and beverage, or cafés is a plus

Job Description

Specific Duties:

• Greeting and seating guests
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Clearing tables
• Handling payments
• Preparing the restaurant for opening
• Cleaning up after closing

You will gradually be entrusted with these tasks, starting with simpler ones.

Even if you have no experience in the service industry, our senior staff will provide thorough support after you join, ensuring you can thrive in this role!

Tohoku Bokujo Restaurant offers buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Philly, our Chinese restaurant, serves à la carte and course menu items.
Restaurant & Bar Colt offers casual French cuisine ranging from full-course meals to café and bar services.

2. 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
3. 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

As a city hotel deeply rooted in the Fuchu area, we value each guest individually. Guests have diverse needs, and staff are expected to respond with flexibility and quick thinking. Our hotel features not only accommodations but also three restaurants and 13 venues of various sizes. Additionally, we operate our own farm, "Tohoku Farm," where we produce and raise thoroughbred horses. Using compost from the horses, we practice circular farming to grow completely pesticide-free vegetables and herbs. The ingredients from the farm are used in our dishes, and we also offer wild herb sweets and dishes made with wild herbs from the farm. We host unique events such as special cocktails and horse-themed events.
