Residential Construction Superintendent

One of my top clients, a highly recognized general contractor, is seeking experienced Commercial Construction Superintendents to join their team. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who have a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on commercial construction experience, specifically someone with diverse ground up commercial construction project expierence.

As a Residential Construction Superintendent, your responsibilities will include:

- Managing ground-up Residential construction projects
- Providing mentorship and leadership to the team
- Overseeing multiple trades and ensuring the completion of tasks
- Building strong relationships with coworkers, clients, and subcontractors
- Utilizing computer software programs and estimation metrics for project management
- Being self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving

* Skills and qualifications

- Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management OR an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Residential construction experience
- Proven track record of managing ground-up commercial projects
- Proficient in mentorship and leadership within a general contracting setting
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with software programs and estimation metrics
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented in problem-solving

- Travel may be required. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License
