What We're Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Biology)
✅ At least 1 year of experience in a research or analytical role
✅ Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R) is a plus
✅ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
