Position Overview

We’re hiring a Customer Care Sales Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll provide clients with tailored insurance options and guide them through the enrollment process. With high-quality leads, in-depth training, and clear advancement paths, this is an ideal opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, people-focused, and results-driven.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads to assess their insurance needs

• Educate clients on coverage options and recommend personalized solutions

• Provide policy support and answer client questions with clarity and care

• Build lasting relationships and trust with customers

• Meet and exceed performance goals with support from a collaborative team

No prior insurance experience required. Full training provided upon hire.
