We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual with a strong passion for recruitment to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a high volume of recruitment and requires someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best candidates are selected.
• Conduct onboarding activities, ensuring new hires are seamlessly integrated into the organization.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
