What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Recruiter at TCG, you’ll play a pivotal role in finding exceptional candidates who will help drive our success. You’ll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, ensuring we bring in the best and brightest. You’ll also collaborate closely with hiring managers, help maintain a smooth process, and make sure every candidate has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate & Define: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
• Sourcing Superstar: Utilize job boards, social media, networking, university partnerships, and employee referrals to attract top candidates.
• Work Permit Expert: Ensure candidates have the proper work status for Canada or can obtain a valid work permit.
• Screening Pro: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and identify the best-fit candidates.
• Smooth Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
• Pipeline Management: Use JazzHR to track, engage, and update candidates throughout their journey.
• Evaluate with Purpose: Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit—aligning with TCG's core values.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Promote Our Brand: Showcase TCG’s employer brand through creative recruitment marketing strategies.

• Previous HRIS Experience? Bonus!

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with JazzHR or similar ATS platforms.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter (healthcare experience is a plus!).
• A deep understanding of recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a sharp decision-making ability.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring regulations (a plus!).
• Experience with the Temp Foreign Worker Program, LMIA Process, or Provincial Nominee Program? Big bonus!
