Our client is currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Reception & Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team in Calgary! This is a temporary role within educational institutions, lasting 2+ weeks across various locations. Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and handle phone calls and email inquiries.
• Create spreadsheets and enter data in Excel.
• Support the preparation of reports and documents as needed.
• Book and set up meeting rooms.
• Order office supplies and manage company clothing orders.
• Follow up with printing and photocopying requests.
• Provide additional administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

• Reception experience in an educational institution would be well-regarded.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle private documents with care.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
• Flexible and able to switch between tasks quickly when priorities change.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must have a car and vulnerable sector check completed in the last six months.
