Lead the development and execution of impactful Public and Government Affairs strategies for a leading pharmaceutical company in Japan.■About the companyOur client is a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, committed to improving patient access to innovative treatments. They foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment, valuing both individual contributions and teamwork.■Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of Public and Government Affairs (PGA) strategies in Japan. You will build and nurture key relationships with external stakeholders, influencing policy and ensuring patient access to critical treatments. You’ll collaborate extensively with internal product teams, ensuring alignment of PGA strategies with product development and lifecycle management. You will actively monitor the regulatory landscape and industry trends, identifying both risks and opportunities to inform long-term business planning. 求められる経験
■Requirements
・Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
5+ years of experience in public affairs, government relations, or a related field within the pharmaceutical industry in Japan.
・Proven track record of successfully influencing policy and building relationships with key stakeholders.
・Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Japanese and English.
・Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
・Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
・Deep understanding of the Japanese healthcare system and regulatory landscape.
・Experience in risk assessment and mitigation in a regulated environment.
・Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
