This position is based out of our Courtenay office, where you will be working as a part of a small, close-knit team, while supporting a larger team and client base located throughout Greater Victoria and Vancouver Island. This is an exciting and challenging career that starts with training in our Operations Coordinator role, which may include regular travel between Victoria to Campbell River.

The role day-to-day while taking the licensing course:
This is an exciting and challenging career that starts with up to 6 months of training in our Operations Coordinator role . You will work with and support licensed property managers while taking the Strata Management Licensing Course. Upon successful completion of the Strata Management Licensing Exam, you will work on your own portfolio of buildings.
In addition to in-office training on processes and procedures, the training for this position will involve going to buildings, learning how building systems work, and attending strata council meetings to understand the interactions with clients.
