Your new role
You will be responsible for ensuring seamless community operations in a fast-paced environment, overseeing maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control, and audits. Delivering a 5-star living experience by providing exceptional customer service and constantly looking for meaningful ways to enhance resident satisfaction. Aligning with the building brand to boost reputation, renewals, revenue, and profitability. Maintaining a positive living environment through prompt conflict resolution and consistent follow-up. Driving revenues by analyzing competition and developing creative marketing programs, tracking advertising and client traffic, and monitoring online reviews. Maintaining effective on-site staff by interviewing, hiring, and coaching, and developing a high-performing team to maximize engagement and minimize turnover. Ensuring leasing and marketing goals are met, auditing resident files, and maintaining positive relations with vendors, prospects, residents, and team members.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have 3+ years of property management experience as a rental property manager with experience in writing and maintaining budgets. Experience in a supervisory role, leading and developing teams, is essential. Superior communication and customer service skills are necessary, along with the ability to handle multiple priorities and wear many hats. A calm and even-keeled demeanour is important, as well as being self-motivated, curious, responsive, and result-driven. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, is required, with proficiency in Yardi property management software preferred. General office, bookkeeping, and sales skills are also needed.

You will receive compensation with an annual base salary of $90,000 - $110,000 + 15% Bonus + Health, Dental, Vision Benefits & LTD.
