Record any problems found during the proofreading process, make suggestions for changes, and communicate with the author or editor for confirmation. Proofread the revised document again to ensure that the problems are corrected and the required proofreading standards are met. Follow up the progress of proofreading to ensure that the proofreading tasks are completed on time and report the work progress to the relevant departments or personnel. Participate in the optimization of the proofreading process and make suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of proofreading.
